It Makes Me Happy

If you ever watched Lost, you probably remember the terminal in the hatch. If you long to type on something equally ancient, this is the closest youre going to get with modern equipment.

When I was a kid, I used to hook my TI-99 up to the TV and type inline after line of game code (I think it was BASIC) that I copied from magazines, which was a weirdly enjoyable experience. Blinky evokes that same feeling.

Modern wordpressors like Word are soulless. Blinky makes you feel closer to your words. You watch them materialize on the screen one by one, listen to the little typing sounds, and feel happy.
